PRESCHOOL TEACHER
Providence seeks preschool teachers who will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally-appropriate classroom and outdoor preschool experience, aligned with Providence’s commitment to incorporate Christian values in the learning process. The teacher will establish routines, provide positive guidance, and facilitate creative learning activities to meet the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of young children (2.5–5 years old).
Lead teacher candidates will have at least 12 units in early childhood education from an accredited college. A minimum of 6 units is required for assistant teachers. Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills with students, their parents, and members of the community.

Kitchen Assistant (Part-Time)
Providence seeks to hire a kitchen helper to assist our chef in preparing and serving hot lunchtime meals on the San Roque campus. A strong work ethic is required.
Responsibilities include:
The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:45 am–1.30 pm. Starting and ending times are flexible. All school holidays are off.
Kitchen food safety certification will be required.
Pay is $18/hour.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & OPERATIONS
The Director of Finance and Operations will serve to advance the mission of Providence School, in close collaboration with the Head of School, by managing the annual budgeting process, including tuition and salary planning, monitoring and forecasting operating results, overseeing payroll and benefit plans and the school’s financial policies. S/he is responsible for ensuring the organization follows sound accounting practices through internal controls, filing tax returns, and other government forms, and managing the school’s AP, AR, cash flow, investment accounts, and banking relationships.
The Director of Finance and Operations will also provide the Head of School and the Board of Directors accurate and timely financial reports and insight on a regular basis while maintaining accurate financial and HR-related records in compliance with government regulations and internal policies. S/he is responsible for assessing and overseeing risk management and the general health and safety of the workforce.
As a member of the Administrative Leadership Team, s/he will collaborate with the Head of School and other senior administrative staff in managing the need-based tuition assistance program of the school.
